Pre-Requisites

• Students MUST have working knowledge of AWS
• Some experience with any RDBMS is good
• Open to getting hands dirty by trying out the prescribed exercises
• Basic knowledge of shell scripting

Does the student need to know PostgreSQL?

Short answer is NO, as I will be covering the basics of PostgreSQL in the beginning of the course. Also before diving deeper into the complex concepts, PostgreSQL background will be covered. But students will be encouraged to checkout other sources to learn the advanced concepts of PostgreSQL on their own.
